Quality Control

Worried about Safety or Abuse?

Integrated Complex Care Homes recognise that everyday experience of residents in care is impacted by the quality of care provided in residential services. Hence, we have engaged Quality assurance strategies in order to prevent, detect, and address concerns that may pose as threats to the quality of care provided to our residents.

Integrated Complex Care Homes have engaged the services of PASS Limited, Calgary AB to manage the Outcomes & Evaluation of all our programs.

We maintain ZERO tolerance to Abuse, as we acknowledged that abuse prevention is an essential aspect of ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals.

To ensure safe delivery of residential care services, we have put in place a multi-facet approach that includes the following:

1

Our staff undergoes comprehensive background/ reference checks and are trained regularly to ensure up to date competency and professionalism in our delivery of care.

2

We have established clear policies and procedures for reporting suspected abuse, handling complaints confidentially, and involving all appropriate institutions promptly. Staffs are trained to abide by institution policies consistently, while residents are regularly reminded of their rights and how to report an abuse via an open communication method between management, residents, and their families.

3

We submit our operations for periodic oversight and monitoring of all our programs by Canadian Accreditation Council, as well as having the program monitored on daily basis by efficient program supervisors and management to ensure high performance and adherence to policies.

4

We comply to all standards and ensure that we put in place institutional best practices that satisfy the expectations of all our regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
