Our accommodation facilities are staffed according to individualresidents needs for a 24hours effective care, healing and support program.We promote clients independence, participation & dignity; and designed our programs to ensure thatindividuals in care feel very much at home in our facilities, hence, we acknowledge that we work wherethey live rather than the individuals in care living where we work.

We provide around the clock care and healing support to individuals living with complex needs who require support in realizing their activities of daily living, and we promote their involvement in social andcommunity activities that satisfies their chosen identity, culture, and beliefs.We coordinate access to a wide range of services and supports with an aim to build our clients selfefficacy. We deliver our care and healing programmes through inter-professional, nonjudgmental andinclusive teams of medical, behavioural, and social service providers.

We form worthwhile partnership with families and government agencies to support effective transitioning of youths and young adults living with developmental disabilities into adulthood.We ensure that our resident’s skills, talents, and abilities are well explored, with an aim of gearing all efforts towards supporting them to realize their own vision for their future for the purpose of promoting self actualization regardless of individual zone of proximal developments.

We offer temporary living arrangements complemented with person directed care for children, youths and adults with disabilities; giving individuals in care opportunity to discover the community they live in, meet new buddies, and participate in organized social activities allowing families a period of relief as primary care givers.
Our emergency residential arrangement equally provides a short term safe abode for displaced individuals with complex needs pending their ability to secure a permanent placement. Short term stays can range from a 24 hour short stay to a term of several months in our supportive living facilities.
